  • All conversations are AI-generated

  • The AI may produce inaccurate, fictional, or inappropriate responses

  • The Service does not guarantee factual accuracy

  • The AI must not be treated as a human, therapist, advisor, or authority.

  • 4. Permitted Content

  • Erotic content is permitted only between fictional, consenting adults.

  • All content must comply with these Terms.

  • 5. Prohibited Use

  • You agree not to use the Service to generate or request:

  • Sexual content involving minors

  • Non-consensual sexual scenarios

  • Violence, abuse, or exploitation

  • Hate speech or discrimination

  • Promotion of self-harm or suicide

  • Criminal instructions (drugs, weapons, fraud, etc.)

  • Impersonation of real individuals

  • Political campaigning or extremist content

  • Attempts to bypass safeguards

  • Any violation may result in suspension or permanent ban.

  • 6. AI Limitations and No Liability for Output

  • The Service uses third-party AI technologies.

  • We do not guarantee that:

  • The AI will always follow internal safety rules

  • The AI output will be accurate, lawful, or appropriate

  • You acknowledge that AI systems may generate unintended responses.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for:

  • AI-generated content

  • Emotional distress

  • Misinterpretation of responses

  • User misuse of generated content

  • 7. User Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for:

  • The content you input

  • Your use of AI-generated output

  • Compliance with local laws

  • You agree not to use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.

  • 8. Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access

  • Remove content

  • Restrict features

  • At our sole discretion and without prior notice if Terms are violated.

  • 9. Intellectual Property

  • All software, branding, and design elements belong to the Operator.

  • You may not:

  • Resell AI content

  • Use generated content to train other AI systems

  • Reverse engineer the Service

  • 10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

  • 11. Governing Law
