These messages are not used inside the Game and are governed by Pickaxe’s own data retention and privacy policies.

  • AI providers process data as follows:

    • Text prompts are processed temporarily to generate responses.

    • ElevenLabs may store generated voice outputs (responses of the Virtual Girlfriend) for quality, safety, or service improvement purposes, in accordance with ElevenLabs’ policies. User text prompts or audio input are not stored by ElevenLabs beyond what is required for processing.

No additional long-term storage is performed by the Game unless the user explicitly enables optional cloud features (disabled by default).

To comply with third‑party AI providers (including ElevenLabs), the Game strictly prohibits generation or encouragement of:

  • Illegal content or activities

  • Sexual content involving minors

  • Non‑consensual sexual content, exploitation, or abuse

  • Hate speech, harassment, or threats

  • Content encouraging self-harm, suicide, or real-world violence

  • Attempts to bypass safeguards or generate disallowed material
